Have enlisted the services of a NZ TV Personality to put a nutrition and training package together for me. At the cost of $60 for both in NZD, I am wrapped with what I'm about to receive. I've got a form to fill out, so I have to disclose my weight which is scary and vulnerable for me. But freck it, if I want change I have to do something and soon.
