Back to failure again, because I'm lazy. So much for limiting sitting time and being up and active time. So much for getting a nutrition and workout plan, only to fail after the first week! Maybe I should try intermittent fasting? Fast for 12 hours and eat for 8? Only eating between 6am and 6pm? No sugars, white bread, white rice, coke, cordial etc. There are no biscuits in the cupboard, I ate the last block of chocolate yesterday and the night before. I had a steak with salad and then a salmon steak. Ate nuts and grapes as well. I had a lamb cutlet in the mix too. Apart from the chocolate and sips of cordial, I done okay! By no means clean but okay. Today there are no temptations! I have all the sources of food I need to feed me today, so I need to utilize them. First things first, clean my house including the filthy floors! After I get my ass out of bed that is, happy clean day :)
