TAPOUT XT

So our package arrived today and I Spose when you anticipate something for over a week, when it arrives you have lost the urge. Well that's today! I'm going through everything making sure I've got what I ordered and it's packaged properly etc. There is something about ordering offline that feels lacking. Be it customer service or just the way the package arrives, who knows! So it comes with the DVD set, the resistance bands (one small one for intense stuff) and the nutritional info. I also ordered extra the body analyzing scale and the weighted gloves and CD warranty so I get replacements if they get scratched. The scales will only serve the other half, until I'm down 20kg to use them. The nutritional stuff is typical to the American diet (turkey this and that) but certainly not a negative and certainly adaptable. The guides tell you about the nutritional importance to the 10 week train and if you want results, you will stick to it. I'm looking forward to batting out 10 weeks. Bring it oooon!
