Weightloss

I havnt weighed in for a few weeks but no I'm making those loses, cos I can feel it. I feel it in my clothes, my undies, going to the toilet (TMI) and the rolls of fat around my body. Especially my upper thighs, where I had rolls (notice I said HAD) that was constantly moist and smelly. Tonight those same rolls are actually dry and forming like a crust in the crease, because it's no longer a roll! That's wowzers for me, un-freakin believable! Keep up my brilliant eating, where I only eat when I'm hungry, I try to move often and I'm including some workouts into the day. I had a free day yesterday, where I ate KFC, chicken, chips, gravy, bread roll, burger and Lipton tea, peach flavor! I ate slowly, then I had cheesecake which went right through me. Then ice cream! It could look like a failure, but it's a positive for me cos I would eat that every day. Once I the last month is super crazy, yet I don't crave it. I crave smoothies, the home made ones I make. I'm always thinking of new flavors! I've got my protein powder, my nuts, rice or almond milk, fruit etc and to me, that screams a meal when I want it. I'll stir fry my spinach or make a green salad with tomato and balsamic dressing and I'm satisfied. More satisfied than I've ever been. My weakness is breakfast skipping, as I would sooner get out and about than stay home and do breakfast. I like to do things on an empty stomach. Still challenges to face but closer to where I need to be heading. Happy as!
