Investing in your health

I use to think I was taking my well being seriously, until I realized I was forgetting the important part. My feet! Shoes are what helps you get through those tough workouts and seriously if your feet or lower body (calves, shins, feet) are aching. Investing in good shoes to support them will work wonders. If your in it for the long haul, put money into it. Save the cheap shoes for when your in a pinch.
