Perspective

The week just gone has been the best so far, for mental focus and having a clear direction fitness wise. Still need to clean up my eating and really knuckle down on what I feed myself.
Must do's
Increase my water intake
Been slack on it really
Increases my hydration and detoxes the body 

Incorporate more cardio
Increase my lung capacity with each block of cardio

No fear
Fearing what I havnt yet achieved because I've feared before 

Compare
No comparing myself to others, their journey is theirs so leave it there

Push past the emotional struggle
Im an emotional person and my eating reflects that. Take it out on the walk or gym.

Surround myself with people who actually  give a damn, Facebook in no way reflects that. Remember they hate you making change especially beautiful decisions
