Walk it out
Shoes on, headphones poised and a playlist to match, I was out the door for my walk. It takes maybe 10 minutes to reach my destination but I added a few streets and hills in just to pump the heart rate. When your focused and ready to get off your ass, it's all there waiting for you. I hear excuses about "when I've lost a lot of weight I'll ....." this is while sitting on their ass after a big feed. Well there are not quick fixes to laziness that's for sure! I feel my Weightloss efforts are paying off, investing in a personal trainer who knows this journey helps achieve that. My eating needs some hammering though, investing in what you put in your body is 80% of the Weightloss. Which means eating often! Cut the crap man and do this shit, If I want results then it's up to me to do it! Bleh!
